Today I coated a blank panel with GALKYD LITE medium, this stuff is
really working for me. I guess other mediums would would work just as
will, but I never tried coating the panel first, I got this from a DAVID
SHEVLINO video. Check him out.

Brush & Saki Cup
Today I pulled out a picture I had painted some months back, I liked the composition but not the brush work, so I put a thin coat of GALKYD LITE medium on it and started painting into that. I like this!

Chopped Onion

Onion Skin
I decided to use a white onion for a study of the skin. I painted this one yesterday but this morning the onion looked to white. It's a value problem, not a color issue, so I repainted it today.
I like the spiral /s composition but usually I don't analyze a composition to much, if it feels right in my thumb nail sketches, I go with it. Here it is after the adjustments I made today.
